only for the seven day streak

Almost didn’t post today. Because, well, screw it. Nobody cares I only added 200 words to “The Ghost, the Vampire, and the Jock” yesterday. I have no nifty insight into the writing craft today. Mostly I just played Sims 4 and read the news today.

But I have a streak going on this blog and today is seven days of posting. So I’m posting something. After however many years of writing every day in a row, I can assure you streaks have a certain kind of power.

Now whether I keep this streak going to eight days is a mystery to me. But at least seven days of blogging is good enough.
